CYO of Nassau and Suffolk County is a competitive travel league for girls in grades 5 – 8 and for boys in grades 6-8. Our 5th-8th grade teams practice one night per week and play games on the weekends.

Girls' tryouts take place in January.  Practices begin in February while the games begin in March and run through May.
