CYO of Nassau and Suffolk County is a competitive travel league for players in grades 4 – 12. Our 4th-8th grade teams practice one night per week and play games on the weekends. Our high school teams only play games and do not have scheduled practices.

Girls' Basketball runs from September to February. Registration begins in May/June and the Girls’ tryouts take place at the beginning of September.  Practices begin in September while the girls' games begin in October and run through January.
